Dear Jr.  & Sr. Parents,

 The 2010-2011 school year is off and running and believe it or not it is time to start planning our 2011 “After Prom” party! Do not confuse this with prom itself. After prom is the huge party held after the prom is over. The purpose of this event is to provide a safe place for our kids to go after prom.  This party is planned and sponsored by the junior and senior parents.  Junior and Senior students do not help with this as it is something we do for them as parents. In order to pull off this event we need your help.

In the following months leading up to the big day in April we will need to be holding fund raiser events. The more people we have to help the easier it is, not to mention the fun we have working together on this project! 

Our first fundraiser will be the concession stand for the Hugoton/Ulysses Varsity football game. We will move on to November with our very popular Pumpkin Roll Cake Sale. We will need lots of bakers, wrappers and deliverers!
