ATTENTION MIDDLE SCHOOL BAND STUDENTS/PARENTS:

  1. School instrument return will be May 18th from 8:00-1:00 and 2:00-5:00.  Anyone using a school instrument must schedule a time to return your instrument to the BACK OF THE HIGH SCHOOL on May 18th.

  2. Also, if you own your own instrument and would like it to be sent in for service (I highly recommend this to everyone) you will need to schedule a time to drop it off on May 18th.  All instruments will be picked up by Senseney Music and will be returned to Ms. Freeman at the end of the summer.  If you are renting your instrument through Senseney Music, repairs will be covered under your maintenance plan.  If you own your instrument, they will contact you with an estimate and arrange payment before repairs are completed. 

  3. A schedule has been shared with your child in their school email. Please sign up for a time that works for you. DO NOT TAKE A TIME SLOT THAT IS ALREADY TAKEN BY ANOTHER STUDENT.

  4. On May 18th, the drop off location will be at the BACK OF THE HIGH SCHOOL AT THE BACK AUDITORIUM DOORS.  There will be tables and adults outside.

  5. Please observe social distancing by maintaining a distance of 6 feet between people at all times.  Please wear a face mask or some sort of face covering.  

  6. At your scheduled time, you will pull up to the high school cafeteria, get out of your vehicle, put your instrument on the table, open the case, then show Ms. Freeman and Mrs. Wettstein your instrument and mouthpiece. If you own your own instrument, you will be asked to fill out a paper with information that the music store will need.  Once that process has been completed, please leave the school grounds.  Only one person should be outside the vehicle. 

  7. IF YOU DO NOT RETURN A SCHOOL INSTRUMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE REPLACEMENT COST OF THE INSTRUMENT BY THE SCHOOL DISTRICT.
