In 2022, the Kansas Legislature passed HB 2567 allowing families to attend a school district regardless of residency. In December of 2023, the USD 210 Board of Education adopted policy JBCC to address requirements of HB 2567 and to clarify the process for non-resident students to apply for enrollment in USD 210. click here to see policy JBCC.

Below are the USD 210 Board approved capacity limits for the 2024-2025 school year, along with available seats, in which non-resident students can apply. It is important to note, KSHSAA eligibility requirements still apply. Transfer students must make a bona fide move into residency within the district to be immediately eligible for varsity competition UNLESS they are entering into the 7th or 9th grades. Note: KSHAA eligibility only applies to participation in KSHSAA activities and does not hold bearing on acceptance or enrollment in USD 210.

USD 210 Capacity Limits for 2024-2025

Applications will be taken from June 1st - June 30. Families will be notified beginning the first week of July, regarding the status of their application as either accepted or denied.
