The USD 210 District Site Council met Wednesday evening at 7:00 to discuss how we are beginning to Build Bridges with Stevens County Businesses to give students hands on experiences in local fields of expertise. Discussions were held about what soft skills/technical skills are necessary for students to be college and career ready, what do these opportunities look like, and how can we get SW Kansas youth to stay in or return to SW Kansas for work.
