USD 210 Board of Education to Hold Special Meeting on October 26

The USD 210 Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Monday, October 26 in the Hugoton Elementary Cafeteria. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The Board will consider bids for addressing HVAC needs, followed by a recess until 7:00 pm when the meeting will reconvene with a community listening session for the board to get feedback from community members regarding district facilities. The Hugoton USD 210 Board of Education will meet in a special session at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, October 26, 2026  in the Hugoton Elementary Cafeteria, 304 E. 6th St., Hugoton, Kansas.  The USD 210 Board of Education may discuss any item on the agenda, vote to approve, vote to disapprove, vote to table, or decide not to vote on any item as listed below.  The following items of business will be considered.

    3. Announcements by the President 

  2. Consideration of HVAC Bids

    1. Middle School/High School Link Cafeteria Bids - (AI)

    2. Auditorium HVAC Bids - (AI)

  3. Meeting Recess until 7:00 pm

  4. Facilities:

    1. Community Listening Work Session - (IO) 

  5. Motion to Adjourn

*No school business will be discussed or action will be taken during the recess of the meeting. The listening session will be conducted as an informational gathering work session with no action being considered or taken.
